THE LEARNING CENTER is modeled from ‘nature corners’ standard in Russian preschools, which are carefully set up to teach children about living things. They are overwhelmingly bright, tactile, and eco-aesthetic. In The Learning Center, these toys become so tactile, they take on the properties of the real and chaotic natural world: the byproduct of a childlike imagination.
